Over the past 60 years, Speckman Realty has grown from one office in Kankakee, which is still used today, to five offices serving Kankakee County, Iroquois County and surrounding communities, all only about one hour south of Chicago, off I-57.

As the business has grown, so has our concern for keeping up to date with an ever changing real estate industry.

Still, we know at Speckman Realty that it takes good old fashioned hard work to get the job done right, and done with professionalism, honesty and just an all around friendly disposition. In addition to our tried and true methods that have garnered us nearly 40% of the total combined market share for dollar volume in Kankakee County, Speckman Realty takes an aggressive approach to marketing properties.

Advertising is a hit & miss prospect at best, but that doesn’t stop Speckman Realty from running the largest ads with more frequency and coverage than any other agency in Kankakee County. In addition to advertising in most local and south suburban publications, Speckman Realty has also advertised special listings in the Chicago Tribune, The Wall Street Journal and Crains Chicago Business.
